With their micronutrient content, they far exceed our usual foods and also contain chlorophyll. As you remember, we hardly consume enough antioxidants, no matter how healthy our diet is.<\/h2>\n<h2>Green smoothies can be a huge help here.<\/h2>\n<h1>Why chlorophyll?<\/h1>\n<h2>Chlorophyll is the green pigment that is produced by reaction with light, which is why some call it \"liquid light\". It has a very favourable effect on our organism in several ways. It cleanses the blood and ensures new blood formation. It cleanses the intestines, deacidifies and prevents cancer. Chlorophyll supplies us with iron and cleanses the liver.<\/h2>\n<h1>Dietary fibre<\/h1>\n<h2>The German Nutrition Society recommends a daily fibre intake of 30 mg. However, we hardly consume more than 15 mg on average. The only foods that provide a high amount of fibre without being a burden are green leafy vegetables.<\/h2>\n<h1>Forget salad!<\/h1>\n<h2>What you consume in the form of a couple of leaves is cancelled out by the fatty dressing. This works quite well with a normal blender, but there are also special smoothie blenders.<\/h2>\n<h1>Variations<\/h1>\n<h2>The basic recipe is suitable because it only contains substances that are absorbed and utilised by the body very quickly and easily. Anything else you add can slow down the utilisation process, but is no less healthy for that. If you like, add a spoonful of honey, agave syrup, nuts or almonds. You can add a handful of rolled oats, but then it becomes a real meal. You can also use freshly squeezed fruit juice instead of water.<\/h2>\n<h1>Important: the green smoothie commandments<strong><br \/><\/strong><\/h1>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h2>The green smoothie should be salivated - that means you should chew it, even though it is liquid, so that it is better digested.<\/h2>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h2>Start with small amounts and slowly acclimatise your body to this energy bomb.<\/h2>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h2>Avoid blending for too long so as not to heat up the smoothie.<\/h2>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h2>Pay attention to the quality of the ingredients.<\/h2>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h2>The smoothie is a meal, not a drink.<\/h2>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h1>Mix it smooth, baby!<strong><br \/><\/strong><\/h1>\n<h2>As you can see, this drink is a rich source of vital energy. Von dem abgesehen kann sich Salat mit gr\u00fcnen Wildpflanzen und Bl\u00e4ttern von Wurzelgem\u00fcse \u00fcberhaupt nicht messen. Das geht mit dem gew\u00f6hnlichen Mixer ganz gut, es gibt aber auch spezielle Smoothie-Mixer.\n<h5>Variationen<\/h5>\nDas Grundrezept eignet sich deswegen gut, weil es nur Stoffe beinhaltet, welche vom K\u00f6rper sehr schnell und einfach aufgenommen und verwertet werden. Alles andere, was Sie hinzuf\u00fcgen, kann die Verwertung verlangsamen, ist aber deswegen nicht weniger gesund. Wenn Sie m\u00f6chten, geben Sie einen L\u00f6ffel Honig hinzu, Agavendicksaft, N\u00fcsse oder Mandeln. Sie k\u00f6nnen eine Handvoll Haferflocken hinzuf\u00fcgen, dann wird daraus allerdings schon eine richtige Mahlzeit. Sie k\u00f6nnen statt Wasser auch frisch gepressten Fruchtsaft nehmen.\n<h5>Wichtig: die Green-Smoothie-Gebote<strong>\n<\/strong><\/h5>\n<ol>\n \t<li>Der gr\u00fcne Smoothie geh\u00f6rt eingespeichelt - das bedeutet, Sie sollten ihn kauen, obwohl er fl\u00fcssig ist, so wird er besser verdaut.<\/li>\n \t<li>Fangen Sie mit kleinen Mengen an und gew\u00f6hnen Sie Ihren K\u00f6rper langsam an diese Energiebombe.<\/li>\n \t<li>Vermeiden Sie zu langes Mixen, um den Smoothie nicht zu erw\u00e4rmen.<\/li>\n \t<li>Achten Sie auf die Qualit\u00e4t der Zutaten.<\/li>\n \t<li>Der Smoothie ist eine Mahlzeit, kein Getr\u00e4nk.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h5>Mix it smooth, baby!<strong>\n<\/strong><\/h5>\nSie sehen, dieser Drink ist eine reichhaltige Quelle an Lebensenergie.
