These 2 things ensure that you can either maintain a beautiful face shape into old age, or face a double chin and blurred facial contours at a young age. One may come as a surprise, the other will probably seem logical, and yet very few people think about it. Welcome to the fascinating world of our bodies.<\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/divi:heading --><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><!-- divi:heading {\"level\":4} --><\/p>\n<h1><strong>1. mouth breathing<\/strong><\/h1>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/divi:heading --><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><!-- divi:paragraph --><\/p>\n<h2>This may come as a surprise. If you breathe through your mouth, your face will gradually become deformed. When breathing through the mouth, the tongue lies slack in the mouth. The tongue is one of the strongest muscles in the body and should be active. When we breathe through the nose, 2\/3 of it should rest on the upper palate, with the tip of the tongue 2 mm behind the front teeth.<\/h2>\n<h2><!-- \/divi:paragraph --><\/h2>\n<h2><!-- divi:paragraph --><\/h2>\n<h2>When swallowing, it should press firmly against the palate. As it has enormous strength, it presses the palate into shape around 2,000 times a day - that's how often we swallow every day. This gives it very important impulses and the shape of an inverted U.\u00a0<\/h2>\n<h2><!-- \/divi:paragraph --><\/h2>\n<h2><!-- divi:paragraph --><\/h2>\n<h2>If the tongue is slack, we use it too little or not at all when swallowing. The important impulse for the palate fails to materialise. The palate becomes deformed and takes on the shape of an inverted V. This causes the face to become narrower and sink downwards - the facial contours disappear, as does the chin, hello double chin. Diese 2 Dinge sorgen daf\u00fcr, dass du entweder eine sch\u00f6ne Gesichtsform bis ins hohe Alter aufrechterhalten kannst, oder schon in jungen Jahren mit einem Doppelkinn und verschwommenen Gesichtskonturen rechnen musst. Die eine mag \u00fcberraschen, die andere wird vermutlich logisch erscheinen, und dennoch denken die wenigsten daran. Willkommen in der faszinierenden Welt unseres K\u00f6rpers.<\/h2>\n<!-- \/wp:heading -->\n\n<!-- wp:heading {\"level\":4} -->\n<h4><strong>1. Die Mundatmung<\/strong><\/h4>\n<!-- \/wp:heading -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Das hier mag \u00fcberraschen. Wer durch den Mund atmet, sorgt daf\u00fcr, dass sein Gesicht nach und nach deformiert wird. Bei der Mundatmung liegt n\u00e4mlich die Zunge schlaff im Mund. Die Zunge ist einer der st\u00e4rksten Muskeln im K\u00f6rper und sollte aktiv sein. Wer wir durch die Nase atmen, sollte sie zu 2\/3 am oberen Gaumen ruhen, die Zungenspitze 2 mm hinter den Vorderz\u00e4hnen.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Beim Schlucken sollte sie sich kr\u00e4ftig an den Gaumen dr\u00fccken. Da sie eine enorme Kraft besitzt, presst sie so etwa 2.000 Mal am Tag - so oft schlucken wir t\u00e4glich - den Gaumen in Form. Dieser bekommt dadurch sehr wichtige Impulse, und die Form eines umgedrehten U.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Wenn die Zunge schlaff ist, ben\u00fctzen wir sie beim Schlucken zu wenig bis gar nicht. Der wichtige Impuls f\u00fcr den Gaumen bleibt aus. Der Gaumen verformt sich und bekommt die Form eines umgedrehten V. Das l\u00e4sst das Gesicht schm\u00e4ler werden und nach unten absinken - die Gesichtskonturen verschwinden, das Kinn auch, hallo Doppelkinn.
