And hormones - these are the little bosses of our body who are in control of the speed of ageing.<\/h2>\n<h2>Then I read an interesting article entitled \"Could this be the easiest way to balance hormones?\" (see below) and then I wanted to know. People over the age of 40 are advised to balance their hormones with a short burst of intense exercise. The instructions are: 30 seconds of full exertion (jumping, full throttle cycling etc.), 1 minute break. The whole thing is repeated 2-3 times.<\/h2>\n<h2>When I was running, I thought about the article. I was very sceptical, because I know very complicated ways to stabilise hormone levels and this seemed far too simple to have any effect. But then I thought, I'm running at such a leisurely pace, I'll just incorporate such an intensive short workout now. So towards the end of my lap, I ran a 30-second sprint, then ran for 1 minute at a leisurely pace, and again and again. What happened next blew me away for a short time. Even while stretching, I thought my body felt so warm and supple. Within half an hour, I had a rush of happy hormones that lasted until the evening. How awesome is that!, I thought - and understandably wanted that again a few days later.<\/h2>\n<h2>Unfortunately, that kind of high never came. Instead, my strength and stamina, my general fitness and well-being increased very noticeably in a very short period of time. This intensive short training programme must give the body a strong boost that you can clearly feel. Und Hormone - das sind die kleinen Chefs unseres K\u00f6rpers, die an den Schalthebeln der Alterungsgeschwindigkeit sitzen.<\/h2>\nDann las ich einen interessanten Artikel mit dem Titel \"K\u00f6nnte dies die einfachste Art sein, Hormone auszubalancieren?\" (siehe unten) und dann wollte ich es wissen. Menschen \u00fcber 40 Jahren wird empfohlen, ihren Hormonhaushalt mit einem kurzen intensiven Training ins Gleichgewicht zu bringen. Die Anleitung lautet: 30 Sekunden volle Belastung (Spring, vollgas Radfahren etc.), 1 Minute Pause. Das Ganze wird 2-3 Mal wiederholt.\n\nAls ich laufen war, dachte ich an den Artikel. Ich war sehr skeptisch, denn ich kenne sehr umst\u00e4ndliche Wege, den Hormonhaushalt zu stabilisieren, und dies erschien mir viel zu simpel, um etwas zu bewirken. Aber dann dachte ich, ich laufe so gem\u00fctlich dahin, ich baue so ein intensives Kurztraining jetzt einfach ein. So lief ich gegen Ende meiner Runde 30 Sekunden Sprint, dann 1 Minute gem\u00fctlich dahin, und nochmal und nochmal. Was dann passierte, haute mich kurzfristig um. Schon beim Stretching dachte ich, mein K\u00f6rper f\u00fchlt sich so warm und geschmeidig an. Innerhalb von einer halben Stunde bekam ich einen Gl\u00fcckshormon-Rausch, der bis zum Abend anhielt. Wie geil ist das denn!, dachte ich - und wollte das ein paar Tage sp\u00e4ter verst\u00e4ndlicherweise wieder.\n\nDiese Art von Rausch kam leider nicht mehr. Daf\u00fcr steigerte sich meine Kraft und Ausdauer, meine allgemeine Fitness und Wohlbefinden sehr sp\u00fcrbar in einer sehr kurzen Zeitspanne. Dieses intensive Kurztraining muss dem K\u00f6rper einen starken Impuls geben, den man deutlich wahrnimmt.
