Application recommendation

Unless otherwise prescribed by your doctor or therapist, take 1 - 2 sticks of TOXAPREVENT® MEDI PLUS approx. 30 minutes before a meal with plenty of liquid (e.g. 200 ml still water). A maximum daily dose of 2 sticks (equivalent to 2 times 3g content) should not be exceeded.

Private tip from Christina: I take one stick in the morning on an empty stomach and 1 stick in the evening before going to bed. I got the tip from a naturopath.

Hint
