Cancellation policy
The following cancellation policy applies to contracts for goods that can be dispatched as a parcel via a courier service.
Right of cancellation for goods that can be sent by parcel post
As a consumer, you have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party nominated by you (other than the carrier), took possession of the goods.

You can use our Sample cancellation form However, this is not mandatory. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.
Consequences of cancellation
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall refund to you all payments we have received from you, excluding delivery costs, without delay and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same means of payment for this refund as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees in connection with this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must return the goods to us without delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract,

to return or hand over. The deadline is deemed to have been met if you post the goods before the end of the fourteen-day period.
Contracts for the supply of goods which are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or specification by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the consumer’s personal needs, cannot be rescinded.
