APPLICATION
Move the fascia release tool quickly back and forth with light pressure to loosen the superficial fascia first. This is also very effective to do before a Gua Sha or cupping massage. After the gentle massage, you can apply firmer pressure. Press the handle firmly for 1–3 minutes on areas that need particular attention.
