Description of the
500g pure powder. Glycine plays a essential role in the Collagen synthesis. Every 3rd molecule in collagen structures is glycine.
Glycine is also a precursor for various other substances such as Glutathione (an important antioxidant), creatine and purine.
In general, it seems that our general supply of glycine is not sufficient and we do not get the recommended amount of glycine per day. A diet with meat provides us with approximately 1.5-3g of glycine, while vegans and vegetarians hardly have any glycine in their diet. Quantum biologists recommend an additional intake of glycine of at least 3g per day. According to various sources, however, an optimal supply is around 10g per day.
Christina recommendationI take 5g a day and this pack lasts me 100 days. As glycine has a naturally sweet flavour, I like to sweeten my desserts with it. It is highly recommended to google what glycine can do (we are not allowed to list everything here).
ApplicationSimply mix into water, juice, shakes or smoothies - but also into food, as it has a sweet flavour.
IngredientsL-glycine
