"3 things a woman over 40 should no longer wear" - these and similar articles and videos really get on my nerves. Who actually decides this nonsense, who says what "a woman" (because we are all the same) should no longer wear and when? Who wants to spoil our enjoyment of ourselves again? My recommendation: don't read it. Second recommendation: watch my video.
Because I think there are quite a few things we women should take off after the age of 40. But it has nothing to do with our wardrobe. It's much more about old, worn-out beliefs, wrong attitudes and too much respect for what 'others' think of us. Get rid of them! The princess era is over. Now we want the crown!
After many years of dealing with the topic of beauty, I would have to be blind not to realise that this is not as one-dimensional a topic as we are led to believe. We are more than our bodies and our perception runs through several channels; we are not only perceived as bodies. That would be sad! Our charisma has a stronger effect than our appearance. We just don't realise it.
Instead of asking ourselves "how do I look", we should ask ourselves "how do I feel" more often. How are you feeling? How energised are you going through the day today? What does your heart say? What do you radiate? I want us to define ourselves not only by our outward appearance. I want us to be at peace with ourselves. At peace with who we are. In harmony with our soul. Authentic and genuine. That suits us best! That's why I've written a new book. "You are most beautiful when you are you". The title says it all.
Back to a femininity that is not stressful. We are entitled to it. The "macho view" of ourselves has been forced upon us. But we can only free ourselves from it. My book helps you to shed the skewed view of who you are and become free. It helps you to relax into your femininity like into a warm bathtub. So that it's fun to be a woman again - at absolutely any age!
Dear Mrs Schmid,
What does the online course deliver more than the book?
Kind regards
Gislinde Düx
Dear Gislinde,
As I am always researching, there are always new videos with additional new exercises and massage options. The course is updated automatically, you don't have to pay extra when there are new videos. You have access forever.
Kind regards,
Christina
