Cupping makes your face beautiful, improves your complexion and removes wrinkles.
If you are my Book read or think Course If you have attended a course on Far Eastern methods to improve your appearance, you will almost certainly have one or more cuppers at home. And if not, you can easily get one or a whole set. They are inexpensive and real all-rounders.
Which cuppers?
It depends on what you intend to do with them. The cupping cup I use most often and which is basically suitable for all the applications described below is one with a diameter of 3 cm. It also depends on the size of your body, I am a rather petite person. You can browse here: Click here.
Just read the article to the end and see which applications appeal to you. If you can imagine implementing several of the points described, I would recommend getting yourself a set. Click here.
And now I would like to show you what this simple instrument can do for you. We are talking about a cupping glass here, which is applied to the skin with the help of a vacuum. You can either apply it to one spot and let it work there or move it around on the skin with the help of oil, which is even more intensive. So that you can visualise it and do it correctly, I will show you an excerpt from my Video course. This concentrates on the application on the face, on the rest of the body you can and should work with much more negative pressure. You can also hold the glass by the glass section when moving it.
Short video tutorial (excerpt from the video course)
What the cupper can do for you and your family:
1. in my Video course you will be shown how to on the face can apply. The marvellous effect is that the metabolism is activated and the connective tissue cells are able to produce an increased Collages and Elastin is produced - substances that improve the elasticity of your skin. Cupping energises and circulates your skin and detoxifies the tissue. The cleansing effect also extends to the sinuses, which are also cleansed by the cupping massage. Cupping is also a wonderful Lymphatic drainageThis will reduce the swelling in your face. But please get more detailed instructions from the course, it really pays off. Cupping can also do the following:
2. you can use it to Cellulitis combat. This is best done after showering as it is beneficial when the tissue is warm. Massage gently from the bottom upwards, i.e. place the cupping spoon above the knee area and pull it over the oiled skin up to the buttocks or pelvis. You can add coffee grounds to the oil to make it even more intense. Coffee is an effective remedy against cellulite and exfoliates your skin at the same time. I promise you, you have never had such soft skin.
3. my son is a passionate footballer and I don't know what I would do without cupping. There are always some kind of problems with the thigh muscles - whether Muscle tear, Sore muscles or simply PainCupping always helps. He always comes straight to me, even with the cupping in his hand. It always helps, even though I'm not a masseuse and have no specialised knowledge of muscles. I lubricate the affected area with oil and pull the cupping spoon back and forth until the area is red and warm. Within a few hours, there is usually a complete and definitely significant improvement. Once he even had pain on the sole of his foot, he really wanted me to try the cupping, he couldn't walk on his foot. I grabbed the small facial cupping device and tried it. The pain went away. That's just great. He used to miss weeks of training because of muscle problems. None of that is a problem today. I've also had a football club masseur on the course. He wanted to know all about it in detail from me and uses it successfully with his athletes. The proof of the pudding is often in the eating! Sore muscles don't stand a chance against the cupping machine!
4. you can use the cupping spoon against Neck tension remedy. Lubricate the neck with oil, apply cupping glasses and move them back and forth until the area is nicely warmed up and red. Of course, this is even more pleasant if your partner or a friend does it. Cupping the neck is really worth its weight in gold. Neck cupping can also help if you have a headache or a cold.
5. many women have a so-called supercooled pool. Symptoms that indicate this include cold feet and menstrual pain. Some people also feel cold when they put their hand on their bum. You absolutely have to try this. Lubricate your bottom with oil after a warm shower and apply the cupping cup to your bottom with a rather strong vacuum. Then pull it back and forth vigorously until your bum is really red and hot. If small spots remain afterwards, don't worry, they will disappear within 1-2 days. These are slags because you are cleansing your tissue and of course also working against cellulite. In any case, you are generating heat here, which your body draws into the deeper layers and thus also supports your kidneys. A small thing with a big effect. I personally find that you can fall asleep much better afterwards, it draws energy from the upper half of the body into the lower half, grounds and calms.
6. Scar removal. Oil the scar and move the cupping spoon back and forth over the scar with feeling. This must be repeated several times until you notice that the scarred tissue becomes softer.
Thank you Christina? for the update in the online course! It's just perfect for me?.....just great?
Dear Janet,
That makes me happy! ? I wish you lots of fun with the new exercises.
Kind regards,
Christina
My current problem area is the bags under my eyes, so I will deal with these first. Is the yellow Bella Bambi suitable for this or would you recommend the blue glass cupping glasses?
Thank you very much, Nadine
Dear Nadine,
Yes, the yellow Bella Bambi works really well. It's even better for bags under the eyes than the blue glass cupper, which is more for wrinkles, and for lymphatic problems it's quite good if the diameter is slightly larger, so the yellow Bambi is ideal.
LG, Christina
Thank you so much for your quick answers, that really helped me and helped me make a decision! All the best :*
You're welcome 🙂 Much love!
Dear Christina,
My partner "got" a torn muscle fibre in his calf while skiing this week 🙁 Can I cup the calf with the Bambi?
Thank you in advance and best regards from Vienna!
Doris
Dear Doris,
This needs to be looked at by an expert, it's beyond my expertise.
My son (footballer) always cupped his injuries, but if something is "hot", it should definitely not be cupped.
Kind regards,
Christina
Dear Christina, thank you for the information! Kind regards Doris
