the skin at the same time
is gently exfoliated. Cupping is so much easier with these cups! Because they are very easy to squeeze and your fingers don't get so tired. I often find it a bit tiring to keep this rubber ball or the harder silicone cupping cup pressed together in order to apply the right amount of vacuum. With the yellow Bella Bambi cupper, you don't have to make ANY effort at all. As you can see, I am very enthusiastic...
When will the cupping miracles be back in stock?
They're already on their way - they should be here in a few days! 🙂 LG
Hello Christina,
I have your book, the cuppers and also the scrapers. You write in your book that you can use both 2-3 times a week. Do you scrape on one day and then cup on the next or should you always do nothing for one day? For example, Monday cupping, Tuesday break, Wednesday scraping, Thursday break, Friday cupping etc.?
Dear Magdalena,
I'm delighted that you have my book and are getting started.
It is meant that there should always be a massage-free day in between. For example, Monday scraping, Tuesday nothing, Wednesday cupping, Thursday nothing etc.
A gentle scraping is fine, but I don't count that as a massage. But if you work properly so that the skin is really red and warm, it's good to give it time to rework.
Is that understandable?
Kind regards,
Christina
Hello Christina,
Can I also do cupping with rosacae?
Thank you very much
Greetings Christel
Dear Christel,
If you have health problems, you should consult your doctor.
I would definitely not cup the affected areas. Cupping usually works better in this case in the neck and décolleté area because it allows more flow in the facial area, which alleviates the congestion that can lead to rosacea. However, I would still prefer scraping.
Kind regards,
Christina
Dear Christina,
I have a 6-month-old 25 cm long scar on my stomach, from the pubic bone to above the navel. Can you recommend cupping, if so, how and with which cupping heads? I look forward to an answer from you. LG Mona
Dear Mona,
Only completely healed scars may be cupped - just to be on the safe side.
You can basically do it with any cupper, but I think the glass cupper would be best here: https://chi-statt-botox.com/produkt/schroepfglas-mit-saugball-orange-25-cm/?v=fa868488740a
I assume that such a long scar is also quite wide and that the 1cm glass cupping cup would be too small.
The scar is oiled and then the cupping pad is glided along the scar. The aim is to ensure that the scar tissue is intensively supplied with blood again and can integrate.
Kind regards,
Christina
