For once, this story is not recommended for imitation, but it is still incredibly fascinating. How Dien Cham saved me from calling for rescue.
The other night. My husband and I were having a cosy chat in bed and I had a funny feeling in my lower abdomen the whole time. "Good night," my husband finally said and I turned to him to give him a kiss. Then a terrible pain went through me below my navel. I broke out in a sweat, my feet were freezing cold and my circulation was close to collapse. My husband looked at me with wide eyes and told me I was pale. I nodded sympathetically and told him I would probably die soon. It went something like that, I can't really remember because the pain was unbearable. It felt like an invisible saw was working its way through the centre of my body.
"Bring me my Dien Cham book first!"
When it was clear that it wasn't going to get better on its own, my husband jumped up to get his mobile phone. "I'll call the ambulance!" he said resolutely. I didn't mind, I needed immediate anaesthesia. And yet - I don't know what made me think of it, but I shouted after him to bring me my Dien Cham book first. He looked at me sceptically, but handed me the book and the massage pen. Just to explain - things like cupping glasses and massage pens are lying around at home. They have been part of our everyday life for a long time.
While my husband ran downstairs to get his mobile phone, I tried the relaxation points. Unfortunately, that didn't help. Then I tried the anti-cramp points, but unfortunately they didn't work. I heard my husband's footsteps as he came back with his phone. Then we'll call the ambulance from me, I thought. It was ridiculous to think that a few reflex points could save me from a total collapse anyway.
How one point can change everything
But until the rescue came, I could still try the points for discomfort in the lower abdomen - and BOOM! I pressed the first point and felt the icy grip that was squeezing my lower abdomen relax. "Hang up!" I shouted to my husband, "it's helping!" He looked at me again very sceptically, but hung up. I pressed two more points and the pain was gone. My body was a complete mess, but my circulation was back to normal and my lower abdomen was a little tender. The next day I was completely fit, as if nothing had happened.

Please do not imitate...
Dear children, please don't do this at home. Because it is irresponsible and dangerous. I don't want to discourage anyone from calling the doctor, don't be reckless. But I do think it's important to know HOW EFFECTIVE this reflex massage is and that it can sometimes work wonders.
I would definitely encourage you to press the pain points before taking a painkiller. Experiment with this reflex massage for any aches and pains that are making your life difficult. For those who my book Depending on how much time you have available, I can recommend massages for your well-being. The side effect of fighting wrinkles is almost too good to be true, but it is true. The microcirculation is stimulated and individual areas of the face are energised. In the long term, it has a wonderful effect on the face, as well as the story of Ursula shows.
Dien Cham - the better Botox
A reflex massage is an energy treatment of the body. In the case of Dien Cham, since you are treating the face, it is intensively energised the whole time. I find it very negligent to tell women that Botox injections relax the facial muscles. Dien Cham reflex points relax the facial muscles. Botox paralyses them, that's a big difference.
If you don't have my book, you can try the energy massage without a pen that I describe in this video show:
It may not be as targeted and intense, but you will clearly feel the increase in energy and a new vibration in the head area. It is clear that your face benefits from this, but it is also a small energy treatment for your body. The reflex zones in the face have a positive influence on the organs, and an intensive one at that, as my story shows. I now really owe a lot to this massage.
Our body has magic points
When I have a cold, I immediately reach for the massage stick. That way I can prevent worse things from happening. I used to get sinus infections a lot and now I have to knock on the wood, because it was a long time ago. A few weeks ago, I had an agonising headache. I reached for the pen and found a spot that felt like a light was being switched on inside me. The pain was gone. Every time after such a miracle, I would love to write a newsletter and article, but I don't want to annoy you. But what I experienced the other day with my colic was literally a miracle that I simply have to write about.
Good things are sometimes so simple. Our body's ability to regulate and heal itself is unbeatable. Knowing ways to give it a helping hand is something I find very enriching. Who always wants to be dependent on others? If we take the time to get a driving licence before we drive our car, why shouldn't we invest time in getting to know our body properly? After all, it's the love of your life... 😉
