Long-term effect of Dien Cham & video instructions

2

There’s plenty written here on my website about Dien Cham, the Vietnamese facial reflexology massage. Anyone who’s read my book *Chi statt Botox* or taken my course even practises the method themselves. In Vietnam, this massage is used to treat ailments. Over the years, however, it has become clear that anyone who practises it remains virtually wrinkle-free. My blogger friend Ursula is sharing her first-hand account of this with us today.

Whilst researching for my book, I came across many different methods. I wanted to include only those that really help. Alongside facial yoga and Chinese massage, Dien Cham made it to the shortlist, even though it was hardly known in this country at the time.

Dien Cham - the wrinkle killer in the long term

Whilst facial yoga delivers quick results, Dien Cham is a long-term project for the skin, but provides immediate relief for your wellbeing. During our detox week, for example, we noticed that four specific points can completely replace a morning coffee. Anyone using Dien Cham to combat wrinkles needs patience – but the results after several years are impressive.

Ursula Dien Cham Erfahrung

Ursula has been practising energy massage for years to treat chronic sinusitis. Although she is over 50, her face is almost wrinkle-free. This is a side effect that speaks to the effectiveness of the method.

Get rid of discomfort & wrinkles

There are 12 exercises that work as an energy massage without the need for any special equipment. Ursula starts with them every morning whilst still in bed. It helps in many ways and is very inexpensive. If you’re looking for detailed instructions on the pressure points, you’ll find them in my book or on the course.

My personal experience with Dien Cham

I use all my techniques in turn. I particularly enjoy doing the energy massage shown in the video in the mornings after applying moisturiser. The whole head area feels energised afterwards. You can really feel the energy.

Points instead of anaesthesia

There are certain points that have an almost anaesthetic effect. An anaesthetist investigated the point between the eyebrows: after a 5-minute massage, the patient was in a state that is otherwise only achieved through anaesthesia – whilst fully conscious. This method is worth its weight in gold for problems falling asleep, a cold or a headache.

The promised video

Here is my gift to you. Knowledge alone won’t change anything – you have to take action! I look forward to hearing about your experiences in the comments below the article.

    Hello dear Christina
How often PR day/week do you have to perform the Dien Cham massage against wrinkles to achieve an improvement? Kind regards Monika

    1. Christina says:

      Dear Monika,
Everyone reacts differently to Dien Cham - for some people the massage works so well that once a week is enough, for others it needs to be done more often. It is a reflex massage, so it is best to follow your body's feedback and how you feel. Unfortunately, this one method is so individual that general recommendations are very difficult.
      Best regards,
      Christina
